DJ8 Payment Methods
There are four DJ8 payment methods: online banking, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and USDT. Three are everyday ways to move money in Malaysia, and the fourth is a stablecoin.
The DJ8 Cashier
- Online banking
- DuitNow
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- USDT
Balances on your DJ8 account are kept in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), and so are your wins.
The Four Ways to Pay
A bank or another company runs each of these, not DJ8.
Online banking
Online banking is the internet service your own bank runs, and it is one of the ways we take deposits.
DuitNow
DuitNow is run by PayNet. From a participating bank or e-wallet, it lets you send money to a DuitNow ID, such as a mobile number or MyKad number, instead of a bank account number. We accept DuitNow at our cashier.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Touch 'n Go eWallet is the e-wallet operated by TNG Digital, a company set up by Touch 'n Go together with Ant Financial. You can pay into your DJ8 account with it.
USDT
USDT is a stablecoin (a cryptocurrency designed to track the US dollar). Tether issues it, and our cashier accepts it.
Where Withdrawals Go
When you withdraw, the money comes back to you, either to your verified local bank account or to a supported e-wallet.
Before the first withdrawal on your account, we run a standard identity check. We check every member this way, to keep anyone under 18 from playing and to prevent fraud.
Daily withdrawal limits rise as you move up the levels of DJ8 VIP.

What the Cashier Shows You
The cashier on dj8my.com lists the deposit channels you can use on your account. Our minimum deposit is RM 30.
Protecting Your Payments
We will never ask for your password, and that promise is one of the rules our house runs on. If anyone asks for it in DJ8's name, they are not us.
Pay in only through the channels shown in the cashier on dj8my.com, our official website. If a person or another website asks you to send a deposit somewhere else for DJ8, keep your money where it is and tell us through live chat.
Only pay in money you could lose without missing it. Our notes on playing responsibly cover the warning signs and where to find free help.
Payment Questions We Hear
Can I withdraw to a bank account in someone else's name?
No. The bank account you withdraw to has to be in the same name you registered with us, so a withdrawal cannot be sent to a friend's or a relative's account.
Is paying with USDT the same as paying in US dollars?
No. USDT is built to follow the value of the US dollar, but it is a cryptocurrency, not the dollar itself. Your DJ8 balance stays in Ringgit either way.
How long does a DJ8 withdrawal take?
Usually about 5 minutes. The very first withdrawal on a new account waits for our identity check, so allow a little longer for that one.
Who do I talk to if a payment looks wrong?
Message our support team on WhatsApp or Telegram, 24 hours a day, or use live chat on dj8my.com. Tell us which method you used and what you expected to see.
